A band that changes shape as it curves, growing thinner at both ends. The delicacy of the terminals is increased by the presence of holes yet balanced by a knot which loops through them several times, seeming to hold the two ends, which would otherwise be destined to move apart, together. A spare, minimalist contrarier-style ring that does without the decorations characterising the rest of the series.
